Life has not always been easy on Jennifer Chapman. She has suffered a significant loss, many setbacks, and even a life-threatening situation. But despite all she has faced, Jennifer persevered. Today, through her coaching program, the overcomer looks to help others overcome great trials as well.

Jennifer grew up in Colt’s country with a happy and loving family. She had a beautiful childhood, a supportive family, and a simple life. But when she turned eleven, her family would fall apart after her mother’s death at only thirty-four years old. The loss was devastating, but Jennifer’s family pushed through life. While Jennifer Chapman’s brother and father were a constant support and love sources, things were never the same after that.

After graduating from college, Jennifer went straight to work. She found her sweet spot in a profession in sales. In the next ten years, she would work for a company in the beer, wine, and spirits industry. Jennifer loved sales and was good at it. Later on, she would find an opportunity to work for another company in a different industry. She would flourish even more in that job, earning a spot in the company’s President Club for her sales performance.

But just as things were getting suitable for Jennifer Chapman, tragedy would strike once more. When she turned thirty-four — the same age her mother had passed away — Jennifer suffered a debilitating stroke out of nowhere. “I had no red flags and was healthy by all standards,” shares Jennifer. “And instantly my life changed.” Luckily Jennifer would survive the order and would spend some time in therapy. Yet even as her physical health would progress, she found herself struggling in her mental welfare. She sought help from a life coach, with whom she worked with for nine months.

Jennifer Chapman’s experience with life coaching was pivotal for her development. “I had to understand that this happened for me, this is my purpose!” exclaims Jennifer Chapman. “I have implemented practices in my daily routine where self-care is priority to make sure my mind, body, and spirit are in full alignment. I know I cannot serve anyone else unless my own cup is full of love, joy, acceptance, belief, and strength.” So taking a cue from the universe, Jennifer decided to make a career shift and pursue coaching.

Today, Jennifer works as a coach for her own company called Just Commit Coaching. The life coach’s program helps stroke survivors or anyone who has experienced depression, grief, loss, or debilitating tragedy. Speaking of her own experiences, she teaches life lessons that help hundreds of people discover ways to overcome trials and come out on top. Just Commit Coaching exists to honor Jennifer’s mother. Continuing her legacy, the coach shares how she does all she can to live a life her mom would be proud of.

Today, Jennifer Chapman firmly believes that all good and bad experiences lead us to our true calling. She dedicates her life to helping people bounce back from hardships and find their identity and purpose just as her coach helped her. With her inspiring tale, she is now guiding those who feel hopeless into more joyous days.
