Cooli Highh has literally and figuratively been through the fire and rose from the flames to become the rapper trying to dominate his genre today. When he was three, he was kidnapped and set to fire alive. He was left to die, but by some stroke of luck and divine intervention, he survived. That single incident changed his life forever, and now fully grown into an adult, he is striving to make it as a rapper.

Born in San Diego, California, Cooli Highh’s major influences include Curren$y, ATCQ, Andre 3000, Jay Z, Fab, Juelz Santana, Jimmi Hendrix, The Rap Goats. He has also paid tribute and respect to the late Nipsey Hussle on his Instagram, which shows the kind of people Cooli draws influence from. Cooli Highh is mostly in Atlanta, working on various projects and promoting his craft.

He released his last project titled, “Road to Fame,” on March 17, followed by the mixtape “9Hrs,” which DJ VIP hosted. Cooli Highh makes music because he enjoys it, and he believes there are many people out there who enjoy music too. His primary goal is to entertain people, and so far, he has been able to appeal to many people who enjoy his rap. When asked one of the most notable things that have shaped his entire person, Cooli Highh says, “I was kidnapped and burned alive when I was three and left to die. So with that, I don’t really fit the normal ‘rapper look.’ I want to break that mold to let people know they can become things greater than anyone expected if they fight hard enough for it.”

Cooli Highh’s next milestone is to be in the top ten artists in Arkansas and San Diego, California. He has waxed stronger over the years and is focused on working harder to become a top-rated rapper in California and the United States at large. Cooli Highh has endured and overcome many obstacles. Earlier in his life, he was told he would never walk, play a sport, be able to work or do anything physical. “I have a unique origin story. ‘The MC who emerged from fire now spits flames.’ Can you beat that?” he asks. “I want to show I’m more than my scars.”

On building his brand, Cooli Highh says it comes with being a musician. He is building a brand to establish himself, put his name out there, and get people to identify with his brand better. As he keeps growing his brand, his five-year goal is to get recognized for awards, write more hit songs for himself and other artists, and make original soundtracks for movies.

Cooli Highh’s story is an inspiring one, and he is happy to share them with the whole world to inspire someone out there. Apart from what life dealt him at the early stage of his life, he has also made mistakes that he believes do not define him. “I hope everyone realizes that their mistakes or bad things they have done do not define them. If they choose greatness, the past can be put where it is, and I hope to pass this message with my music.
